Terms of service

The terms that govern use of this website, and the basis on which we publish what is on it. Last updated 6 September 2026.

01

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of muzzlabtech.com and any information, material or tool published on it. They are between you and Muzzlab Technologies.

They do not govern a client engagement. Paid work is governed by a separate signed agreement, a statement of work, master services agreement or support agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

02

Acceptable use

You may read, share and link to anything published here. You may not:

  • Use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its infrastructure or any connected system.
  • Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written permission. If you are a security researcher, write to us first and we will talk.
  • Interfere with the site's availability, including through automated request volume that degrades service for others.
  • Scrape or reuse substantial portions of the content for a competing commercial purpose without our written permission.
03

Intellectual property

The design, code, copy, brand marks and visual identity of this website are owned by Muzzlab Technologies unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, republish or adapt them commercially without our permission.

Client names, logos and product names shown in our work belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify projects we have worked on.

Work we produce under a client engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement. Our standard position is full transfer of intellectual property in the deliverables to the client on payment.

04

Accuracy of content

We keep this site accurate and current, but everything on it is provided for general information. Descriptions of past work summarise engagements and are not offers, warranties or guarantees of a particular result.

Nothing on this website is professional, legal, financial or security advice. Do not act on it without advice specific to your circumstances.

We may change, move or remove any part of the site at any time without notice.

05

Enquiries and submissions

When you submit an enquiry, you confirm the information you give is accurate and that you are entitled to share it.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form. If your enquiry requires confidentiality, say so and we will put a mutual non-disclosure agreement in place before you share detail.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, a client relationship or an obligation on us to accept the work.

06

Third-party links

This site links to client and product websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination.

07

Liability

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

08

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

09

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms, except that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property in any competent jurisdiction.

Where a client engagement specifies a different governing law, that agreement's choice applies to that engagement.

10

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. They were last updated on 6 September 2026. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
